Magnetic Tip
The magnetic tip is mounted onto the tip holder through a magnet. This mounting method prevents die tilt by ensuring precise alignment between the tip and the holder.
Various tip sizes and vacuum line designs are available, and custom tip sizes and vacuum lines can be designed and manufactured according to customer’s requests.
Rubber Tip
The Rubber tip is used in the die bonding process to transfer the die from the wafer mount tape to the substrate.
Rubber tips are available in various designs and sizes to meet individual customer requirements.
Tip Holder
Tip holders are made of stainless steel and aluminum to meet various rubber tip designs.
