Mount Head & Stage
This part is a die attaching tool for BOC, LOC and COF products.
The mount head presses the top surface of the substrate and stage lift die until the bonding location after stage receives die from lift head. When the stage moves up and head goes down, the die and substrate are pressed into top/bottom directions and then the die is attached to the substrate.
